    Figured I'd start a new one since it's been so long that I posted in the old one it dropped off, lol! I'm trainin for a meet March 15th in Warner Robins, Ga.
    Current weight 175
    1-7-08 squattin
    Box squat (no belt) to 8" box, close stance with a slight pause on the box to release the stretch-reflex - warmed up to 235x5, 285x5, 325x3, 345x3
    Leg press 8 plates x15, 10 plates x 15, 12 plates x 15
    back ext. with static hold at the top 45x10x3
    seated rows 200x12x3
    grip work & abs

    I was thinkin of startin a new log also...try n get back to my fightin weight, ya know, in case I get in a fight

        warmed up to 365x3, 385x3, 405x3 full range.
        3 board press close grip 315x3, 335x3, 365x2
        band pushdowns alot of reps
        wrist work

          1-10-08 deads
          Warmed up to 425x1x6 with light and monster mini bands.
          GHR 25 plate behind the head 10x3
          Pulldowns 200x12x3
          Banded hip adduction and abduction

                1-14-08 squat
                worked up to 345x3 w/barbell off 8" box
                leg press 4 plates x 12, 5 plates x 12, 6 plates x 12x2
                back ext with static hold 45x12x2
                seated wide grip rows 200x12x2
                abs and grip work

                  1.15.08 Bench
                  2 board presses: worked up to 365x3, 405x3, 455x3x2
                  4 board close grip 315x3, 335x3, 365x2 (I was worn the fukk out!)

                        I also box squat as well...Good numbers...I assume you can do more though...I'm doing 315 x's 10 365 x's 6 and 415 x's 2 on the box...No belt...Do you use a belt? I can't...It messes up my breathing...I've always trained this way with no problems...

                            If I were trainin to squat in a meet I'd wear a belt to get used to it, but right now I don't. I figure I'll make my abs stronger doin some squats without it. Right now, my muscles are capable of doin more but my right leg is still givin me shyt when I go anything over 400. I broke it in two places round the end of June/beginning of July. Compound fractue, pretty nasty. Heavy squats irritate it but deads don't bother it at all.

                              Oh wow...I would hate to hurt myself and be "that guy" in the gym that can not ever lift heavy again...
