        Warmed up to 315x1 close grip, then 405x3, 455x1, 475x1, 495x1
        2 board press 315x3x3 close grip
        The 495 was a pr @ this bodyweight. I've done 515 when I was up around 200, but never close to that this light. I should have done more sets but I was absolutely spent, lol

                    did some deep pause squats with the ss bar and worked up to 375 for 3, even this was buggin my damn leg. I'm startin to wonder if it's ever gonna heal up right.

                      Speed deads w/bands 390x1x8 (45sec. rest between sets)
                      SLDL off platform 315x5x2 (these were easy and should've done more but I was just bein a beyatch.

                      chins 10x2
                      db shrugs 100's x 20x2
