    worked up to 490x3x3 off platform, then went 400 plus bands 3x3
    hang cleans 155x5x3
    1 arm db rows 100's x 15x4
    rev. grip pulldowns 180x12x2
    chins 12x2
    abs and forearm work

      Off platform worked up to 525x2, then 430x3x3 w/bands (approx 100 pounds or so at the top)

          5.22.08 deads
          worked up to 555x2, then 465x3x3
          I decided to leave it there cause I'm really feelin beat up for some reason. The 555 should have been no problem, even off of an elevated platform but it really took serious effort to get both reps. I'm just gonna chill for the rest of the week and do some rehab/prehab stuff and see how it goes next week.

            leg press 8 plates x 15, 10x10, 12x10, 14x10, 16x10x2
            45 degree back raise w/45 plate 10x2 w/static hold at the top
            abs
