    Nov. 1st 2005- Bench Day

    ME BENCH
    265x1, 275x1

    DB Bench
    95x7 paused

    Tricep Pushdowns
    120x20

    BB Shoulder Press
    135x6x6 paused

    Heavy ABs 2x8

    Thought'd I keepa journal of my workouts and in hopes a few of the guys could over shadow what I do and help out... Hopefully my sled and bands come in tommorrow... Boxing tonight!

    11/4/05 - Deadlift/squat

    Today was a really good workout but it REALLY sucked because I havent squatted in about 6-7 weeks because I injured my knee. I was only able to do D/L and bench days. I could easily max out in the 400s, that would LIQUIFY me now.

    Elevated D/Ls off an Aaerobic stepper (4.5 inches)
    255x6
    315x2

    Squats
    275x5 (this is usually ez warm up weight, pretty disappointed, hoping i can get back to full strength soon)

    Leg Press
    4 Plates x 20

    Rack Chins
    100 LBS x 7

      Light DB Raises with Bands

      Gonna fill out the #s tonight, but i already wrote my workout

        Lateral Raises w/ #4 Band

        DB Hammer Bench paused

        Heavy ABs

        CNS wasn't all there today, but still I think I had a good workout, everything felt light. I'm a little discouraged b/c i was aiming at 2x6 for incline bench and was aiming for 6 reps on the db hammer bench.

          which SUCKS is my right leg lost some definate size... my squats are horrendous now. Hopefully they will catch right back up GOod to be healthy again.

                    hfs i feel like HELLLLLLL... my friends 21st bday was last night and I just feel like SHIT>.. apparently i hit on some 48 year odl lady hahahahah,

                    anyway last night i re-instated widow makers to get my squats #s/ legs back where they were before. did some light accessory work for the back/hams/glutes

                    3 sets of 10 (this was a little too easy)

                    these are BRUTAL
