              ME BENCH
              250x3 (assisted ) errrgh .. this was my own fault, i should not hv done flat bench but hind sight is 20/20

              CGBP NTF 1x5
              205x5... probably had 1 or 2 left in the tank

              db bench 1x20
              55x15 only made it to 15 -- the pump i was getting was too harsh.

              i stretched out a nd called it a day... not too happy... hopeflyl my squat day will bring me better lifts.

                  Dorian did overhand and underhand? Which one? I'm guessing underhand those are hard on the wrists if your not used to them

                        getting some strength back!

                        ME SQUATS 1x3
                        315x3 SMOKED it, was so easy

                        DE SQUAT (10 inch box) w/ green bands 45 sec.. EXPLODE UP
                        8x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2

                        GOod Mornings 1x5 (pins at belly button)
                        185x5 real easy, could've smoked 225

                        time to get the squats and deads where the should be!

                          just trying to get the lats stronger/bigger and some upper back work to get a bigger dead lift

                              I felt pretty good cant wait for friday to sling some iron around.. the ammonia really helped
