I would like to be about 205 at around 8%... The strenth goals should come provided I work hard and keep PL-ing smart. The weight gain to that might be real hard to get there naturally, but I'm gaining along slowly... I think if I did gear I could hit it easily...> DAMN THE TEMPTATION
