  • what are your goals?

    heres mine

    by April 1st
    350 x1 bench
    405 D/L for reps
    500 Squat x2

    I would like to be about 205 at around 8%... The strenth goals should come provided I work hard and keep PL-ing smart. The weight gain to that might be real hard to get there naturally, but I'm gaining along slowly... I think if I did gear I could hit it easily...> DAMN THE TEMPTATION

    Mine are:

    Get BW down to around 250lbs (not too concerned w/ BF% but do want to shed some flab).

    by June 06:

    Squat 725
    Bench: 500
    Deadlift: 620

    Total=whether the lifts above are exactly right or varied I want the total to be around 1800-1850 at the very least. Want to total Elite in within 1.5-2 years.

        By June 2006 I just want to be over 200lbs with about 8% bodyfat. It would be cool to bench twice my weight but that probably won't happen.

          CLIMB UP & DOWN 413 STEPS AT A 350+VERTICAL 5 TIMES (LOCAL TRAINING LOCATION LARGEST WOODED SKI JUMP IN NORTH AMERICA)

            by june 2006 i would like to be 250+ at 8% bf...

            all i care about on my poundages for the basic exercises is that i do enough to add the mass i want.
            so fresh and so clean clean

                  currently @ 199 and body fat too high
                  goal is 205 by jan with drop in body fat..

                          I'm about 193 right now... I'm slowly gaining weight...so hard to resist gear at this point. but am eating and eating... 500 protein 350 carbs 100 fats.... It's packing it on..

                            I would like to see a 350lb bp one day off cycle. Other than that I am pretty happy with my build, all except for my legs.

                              My goals are to retire at 60. Buy that nice Florida Villa right by the ocean where I live on my investments, Social Security, and Pension.
