I watched Born Strong on Netflix. The grocery bill is over 1,000$ a week. Do they really need to eat that much? Most of them had high % of BF

have not seen it but idk how you rack up 1k a week in grocery bills for one person. i worked all the way up to around 8k clean cals and mine wasnt even close to that. i also eat organic grass fed butter, organic free range eggs, red meat etc..... so if someone is spending that much they are either eating double what i do, or shopping stupid.
