    I like almonds a lot. Not much on cashews. And I’ve never eaten pumpkin seeds before. I like mixed nuts and peanut butter for my go too snacks. About the only thing I like to splurge on that gives me carbs

      Read the label and figure out if it fits into your macros. Look for sugar since they are clusters and make sure you eat the serving sizes that fit your goals.

        My thoughts exactly. I would think those would have some extra sugar in them. I love almonds, they are one of my favorite healthy snacks. For something healthy, I'd probably reach for the the plain almonds over the clusters.

          as long as you measure out the portions you need you should be good to go i like to use walnuts myself but pretty much all nuts are good for you in some way or the other

            only 4 grams of sugar perserving.

            great source of unsaturated fat and some good minerals in the nuts as well

            looks pretty good although the serving is just 5 pieces.

              yes, pumpkin seeds are good nutrition with many health benefits including good for the boyz and prostate

              I have been buying Trader Joes pumpkin spice ones for Fuzo since they are in season
