coconut crème.. enlighten me. what goes in it ? is it sweet? . I think pie when you say coconut crème and then add to enchiladas... interesting.. is it like cocnut milk with that Mexican sour crème and you add some other stuff..

Well it ended up just being angle food cake with some cheese cake creme and coconut creme and fresh strawberries. It was still.good

makes sense.. but a coconut crème did sound interesting.. kinda like a mango salsa or something..lol a little infusion cooking

here is a homemaid apple strudel we also had carne asada boneless chicken breast some spicy ass salsa and Mexican rice. No pic it got eating up quickly.
