  • No-bake protein bar

    1&1\2 cups steel cut oats
    2 giant scoops protein powder (vanilla)
    2 handful of almonds
    1\2 cup of raw sunflower seeds
    1\4 cup of chia seeds
    1 cup of raw unfiltered honey
    1\3 cup of coconut oil

    Mix/press into a baking dish/ refrigerate
    (keep refrigerated)
