This is a version of stuffed peppers only backwards that my wife makes
Ingredients:
3-4 cups brown rice
1.5lb turkey burger
3 large green peppers
a few garlic cloves
1 can tomato sauce
low-fat shredded cheese
Boil the rice first and have it ready. Chop the peppers and garlic cloves. Begin to brown the turkey, then add the garlic cloves and green peppers. Mix the cooked rice with the tomato sauce well, then mix the rice and turkey mixture and place in a pan. Cover with cheese and bake on 350 for 25 minutes.
