I work swing shift. So i dont look at them as what most consider breakfast,lunch or dinner.
This week im on day light!
So this is week is a normal week.
Todays lunch i guess its lunch or close to it.
Turkey, hotsauce, spinach, curley leaf lettuce , string beans.
Ive also had 3 eggs w/hotsauce

I try not to eat too much at lunch so I aint draggin ass afterward. I used to eat 5 cheeseburgers for lunch and then feel horrible the rest of the dayComment

I eat 3 times a day, between noon and 6pm. I use intermittent fasting and get all my food in within that 6 hour time frame. I love it. easy to pack my meals and ive lost 25lbs using keto and IF"I don't need the promise of Heaven or the threat of HELL to be a good person"Comment
