    New Blood Pressure Guidelines Released

    Just saw on the news they've released new guidelines for high blood pressure. It was 140 over 90, but now they are saying 130 over 80.

    I've been kicking ass trying to get mine down, but I guess I need to lower my goal a bit further now. Wonder how many people that were considered normal are now considered high?

    Back to the drawing board for me... Got some more work to do.

    just like the bmi scale which is stupid. they are just working to find ways to raise your insurance, life insurance and get you in to see them to make more money. that's all it is

        i am like 120 over 70 which is prehypertensive. WHAT?! stupid. just a way to make it easier to tell people they have high blood pressure to get them on some new pharmaceutical drug.........seriously!
