What kind do you buy? I go fresh, free range, nitrate free, and all that other clean stuff. The turkeys arrive at Trader Joes tomorrow and many , including me, will be flocking there... BUT I still stuff the turkey with stuffing cause some things I just wont change.
since i eat turkey every day year round, i like a good ham over a turkey any day. sugar or salt cured it doesnt matter i can kill a ham like nobody's business
