ok my fellow nasal issue people. i cant take anything with sugar nor anything that drys you out. what are some of the remedies you guys use to beat sinus and allergy issues from head aches to tight chest and nasal drain

Guns it may be just me , but when my sinuses are shit , I mix up garlic with lemon juice, blend it , and drink a tablespoon each hour . See if that doesn't help !!!Comment

netti pot with xclear. works great although it is unpleasant for 15-20 minutes after. helps me immensely. 2X a day.
