i am not a big fan of the rtd shakes. seems like most of the stuff we use doesnt do well when it is already in fluid. that and the addition of preservatives and god only knows what else. get you a funnel dzone and keep it loaded with powder and call it a day manTGBSupplements REP

Save your Muscle Milk bottles and put real protein powder in them then mix as you go. Muscle Milk is full of sugar. Lots of yummy powders out there.Comment

Usually its convenience when Im out driving and pull into 7-11...Its the lesser of 2 evils buying muscle milk with 40 grams of protein vs a rockstar energy drink with no protein and 50 grams of sugar.Comment

Sort of on topic and sort of off topic, but something that always blows my mind are the drinks that are in most convenience stores. There is cooler and cooler of energy drinks, soda and beer. Maybe one cooler of water and half a cooler of protein type drinks. Just goes to show you the crap our society prefers, as they probably stock the coolers with what sells the most.
