If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
It really depends . I might eat and wash it down with a weight gainer shake , or I might just skip the shake and eat . Or vise versa type of deal !!!
I make my own concoction when it comes to my post workout shake .
I'm thinking about trying a weight gainer protein with a whey isolate protein and a few other ingredients , see how that works !!!
Just a simple whey protein for me immediately post workout, then my next meal about an hour later.
I hear you on the flavored protein shakes. Some of them are absolutely horrible. I usually just stick to chocolate. Seems more consistent than a lot of the other exotic flavors.
