  • food logging site/apps

I have used fitday.com, on and off for years. It really helps me keep track and make sure I am taking in what I need. been tracking again for over a week now and I realized I have not been getting enough calories and protein for the past year. I knew I wasnt based on how I felt but it is so worth the few minutes a day it takes to log. I built up my own custom list and add more foods that I need to. What do you all use to track your daily intake?

I may give fitday a try. Looks like a good quick way to help track and log.

Like guns mentioned, I have some old training journals that go back a while. It's cool to go back through them sometimes and remember where I was with certain things I want I was doing
