i eat a flax seed flat bread and hummus. very filling, lots if ALA, low calorie, tons of fiber and pretty low carbs. if i am craving protein almonds are great.
I also like black bean chips. they have a lot of fiber, no sugar, 5 grams or protein an i love the crunch.

in all seriousness another meal. if you are consistently eating 4-6 meals a day unless you are in a cal surplus i have no clue how you could have a snack. if i were in the boat of not being able to get meals in consistently though i would opt for good protein bars, shakes and stuff along those lines.
I have been cooking up extra meat and I usually end up grabbing some of that for a snack. Sometimes one of my Raw meal shakes or some hummus and veggies
All great ideas. I'm definitely gonna try some of these. Unfortunately my job sucks sometimes when it comes to my meals if I get stuck in meetings, so I always bring a snack just in case lol.

Guns DEF has a point ! If I'm hungry I'll just eat , but after a meal , SOMETIMES , I feel full but I want something extra , and that's where a " Snack " works for me .
