I was reading an article about sulforaphane which is found in broccoli and like veggies. it is a potent as an anti cancer.
I found caps of pure sulforaphane and i eat a lot of broccoli, brussels sprouts and kale but i really hate cancer so I am starting these caps. what do you think? an ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

Don't think it can hurt. veggies like that help rid the body of bad estrogen and has the supposed potential to grow tumors. Well, this is what my research has come up with, lol. Don't quote me and let me know if it makes you gassy please, lol
Lots of great benefits to our overall health with super foods like broccoli and kale. Estrogen management, anti-cancer properties, etc... I try to keep a lot of both of these in my diet.

baby, i take digestive enzymes. yeah i get a little gas but not much. i tell you if i did not take these I could take off like a fart rocket.
Dzone. i do kale (and spinach)in my shakes, i take the bag and freeze it then crunch it up once frozen. it breaks up in little pieces and is easy fro my mini blender cup thing to chop up. broccoli would not be so easy.

sour kraut eliminates it 100% man. trust me, i was both farting and almost shitting in my pants when i added broc to my diet. i cant say for brus sprouts because last time i had them the gas pain was so bad i thought i was having a heart attack or my gal bladder had ruptured. so i will never test the waters with them ever again
