I was told my good and bad cholesterol were way to low years ago due to using aromasin or armidex don't remember what i was using 8-10 years ago and no matter what I do I can't get my numbers to come up the doctors have told me that super low levels can cause strokes my number's were in the single digits

I have seen that with Fuzo and other members in the community. At one times his HDL was as low as 5 but now stays around low 20s. the LDL was not low though. It really isnt common for most unless on ststains

not a tone of real fact out there on LDL effects but some say severe depression, memory loss etc. I am holding off on thyroid meds till this LDL raises up. I guess all the yolks I eat are counter productive on my body,lol

for most folk, consuming egg yolks has no discernible effect on LDL. eat up
