Any of you supp with this on its own? I used to take it years ago and I am waiting on some to come in. I know you can take to much of this so I will just have to be aware of any side effects. Which one do you take?

Re: B6
I've used B6 by itself several times to help with prolactin supression. It's supposed to have a number of other benefits though like regulating mood and helping with mental fatigue. However, too much or too high a dose can become toxic and have neurological issues. I took it around 100mg per day, which I believe is the maximum recommended daily dose. The side effects I was always told to watch out for with B6 are tingling or numbness in the extremeties. Didn't experience any of those sides myself.
