  • Multi and single supps

    Do you take both a multi and specific single supplements? I try to just take certain single ones.

    I try all sorts. nature made alive multi is pretty good ive found but always checking out others . when it comes to singles I couldn't even give you an honest estimate. like food ill give anything a shot once and probably have..

      yes, multi and singles. put them all in a shot glass and shoot em down. do the same with pre wo supps as well. i recommend the shot glass technique to all my bros who are esp big as it can be difficult to get a flat hand full of caps and tabs up to the mouth without dropping a couple lol.

        I prefer liquid because I feel they absorb better. I do not take a multi, and have to try something for a bit before I add another. Been taking turmeric for awhile and I just started a liquid magnesium. Next I am adding in some b6

          I wanna try b-12 injections. I think there is a type of vet grade eq that has b-12 in it

            Yah I saw one being advertised by a sponsor today actually. It was called "Peso Pesado". 50ml jug of EQ at 200mg/ml, also containg Vit B12 and B6.

              I take both. Just depends on what I need and if it's cheaper to get them in a stack.
              Just started using Rich Pianas Organ and liver defender. It's actually dosed very well. At first I was just going to by NAC, but his product has the same amount of it and for 15 bucks more a bunch of other protective agents that I probably wouldn't ever buy separately.

              I also load up on vit b6 for prolactin, horsechest nut, centrum multivitamin, Magnesium, sometimes dandelion root if I get a little too bloofy.

                i introduce something new one at a time as well in case of sides i can identify what is causing it. its a good practice with most things. watch out for that liquid mag, its a laxative

                  I use a multi and singles depending on what my needs are. I'll use singles to add extra of something of needed, or if I need something that isn't included in the multi.

                    I have to do this because I am not tolerant to a lot. Mag has done that to me in the past but this one isnt. It sure is relaxing me though

                      i take a multi and singles of certain things. multis are great but normally only have the RDA of many vitamins and minerals and like magnesium and others only have a tiny fraction of what an athlete needs.

                          Animal pack and animal flex for joints. I also put coconut oil or plain mct oil in my shakes. When I really want some zip I'll stack ephedra or albuterol with my pre workout drink. I don't do it every workout though mostly just when I'm feeling extra tired. Oh and also beef liver tabs for amines and b vitamins
