Love me some Fish Oil !!! When I go fishing , I actually take the fish fresh out of the water and squeeze that ***** to remove all the oil .

I buy the swanson lemon flavor fish oil capsules. I dont know why it has lemon because I cant taste itComment

I take two a day, I just get the Nature made nothing special. If anybody has better recommendations let me know, also a good multi. ThanksComment

Ive tried all sorts over the years from the basic fish oils, krill oils, and the salmon oils. I find I like the salmon oils the best. just my personal choice. vitacost or Costco are my go to for themComment

Always have my fish oil in the mix. I've used so many different brands over the years. Just picked up some of the Vitamin Shop brand (they had a sale) recently and like it so far.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

i take costco stuff it is rated pretty high and is cheap. also krill oil.
I read cod liver oil is fantastic as it contains several necessary vitamins as well like A and D and contains not only EPA and DHA but ALA

Do you have to get straight liquid or is gel caps okay? I was getting natures made triple strength from the grocery store for a while and just taking like 9 a day. i'm still not even sure if I was getting a sufficient dose.
