I love hemp protein. Like jipp said, tge protein has a killer amino profile, lots of fiber, and good fats.
I love the texture of it. Usually cut it with a whey iso to get protein up

Happy to report that I have been tolerating this well so far. I have been mixing in a little whey with it and a frozen fruit so it is easier to drink. I haven't been feeling the mid day crash since i started adding this to me early part of the dayVeritas Vos LiberabitComment
