what is your go to for these things? we all know that overall health starts with a healthy gut but how many people are actually proactive with taking care of it? it's funny but you really dont see a whole lot of bodybuilders openly talking about how they manage this. with all the protein carbs and healthy fats we consume, it's seems that gut health is a secondary or no thought at all.
myself since i rarely consume any diary, i use sour kraut to help aid my digestion and gut health. it has allowed me to eat lots of fiber and other things that normally didnt agree with my guts. so it is helping me out. what are you guys doing?
