The juice is expensive. I have 6 tart cherries trees so far and am considering planting a full orchard

great stuff dzone. we had them growing up and you have to fight the hell out of the birds to keep them off of them. we put up owl decoys and would sit in the upstairs window and shoot them with .22 rifles. if not their would be zero left by the time they were even close to ripe.
i am pretty sure they are considered a super food also

LOL..yep, thats what they told me, the birds will eat most of them if I dont put nets over them. Kind of sucks but it looks like I will have to invest in some nets. It has to be good if I can eat for a month or so off these trees. Maybe I will have enough to make juice for the whole year. The older I get the more I am looking for things to stay young
