since fuzo put up a great article on nuts it got the wheels turning. so what kind of fats(good of course) do you include into your diet lineup? timing? and what numbers do you try to hit?
mine that i like to get in and i normally dont change very often:
natty pb or almond butter (i use sugar free) never reduced or low fat
coconut oil
organic grass fed butter
organic free range whole eggs (count the fat from the yolk of course)
mach nut oil (toss in in the offseason on occasion)
evoo (not a huge fan but just like the mach nut oil in mix it in every now and then)
fish oil (from supps)
thats about it. 99% of my daily intake is pb almond butter grass fed butter and or coconut oil. those are my main go to sources. i am hovering around lower 240s upper 230s right now and mine breaks down to 100g of fat per day. i ensure that i get a dose of good fat with my pre workout carbs to slow the release down then i spread the majority of what's leftover through the day.
