I never do diets. I always have eaten everything in moderation "except my crazy amount of protein in consume every day"
What kind of diets are you guys and gals on or just try out from time to time??
i do a cal cycle most of the time with cals being higher on training days and lower on non training days with one or 2 cheat meals sprinkled into the week. i also like to mix in a carb cycle as well from time to time. steady state dieting sucks balls across the board i have found and guys that can do keto for extended periods of time are special kinds of beasts haha
That's so true guns. I did try low carb here and there sometimes and I lean up quick. Plus it's a lot of fun for me cause I eat breakfast foods like crazy during them! Eggs, bacon, cheese, sausage. Love it lol

I do pretty much the same thing consuming more calories on training days and less on my days off. What I eat is just based on my goals at any given time. If I'm not training for anything in particular, I typically keep it pretty clean with a few cheats here and there.
