Blood Work

so let's fess up here. who is doing it? how often? what are we checking? what are we doing to counter what's out of wack?

i was guilty of only doing panels once per year myself but i came across a doc that was good to go. he knew exactly what i was doing and had no issues with it. i also was able to use lab corp for a while until a cop buddy of mine's wife started working there and i had to stop using them. she is gone now so over the past close to a year give or take, i have been getting panels done every 3 months. it is cheap and i dont have to go to the doc to get it done and they email me the results. you guys that toss in anti e just because really need to look into the lab corp and if it is around your area. that way you can know for sure if you need it and you arent hammering away at your body with compounds that you really dont need. that and the added health side effects that those class of compounds cause as well.
i am pretty happy with my last results that i got back. liver values where just slightly elevated and everything else was right on and in range including my lipids. i figured they would have jumped up a bit but they are holding strong at them moment

I get full panels every three mths with my ins no cost

I get labs done when I get new products. Plus @ 6 months

I got labs done 8 weeks ago. Before then it had been 2/3 years.
