You know we eat different and more often than the average person with our training.
So what is everyone's favorite meal of the day or do you care? What do you like to usually have with it?? I'm not talking about cheat meals, I mean in your daily routine.
Mine is usually breakfast. Its usually one of my largest meals f the day and I make myself get up early most of the time so I can enjoy it and drink some coffee.
My family likes supper to be their largest meal of the day. So I often will time things, if possible. So that supper is my post workout meal.
That would have to my second place fav. We have some sort of meat of course, usually red meat, vegetables ( green beans, peas, pintos, etc.) and potatoes of some sort or corn bread some days.
My family loves their country food so I cook their veggies in pork fat and fry their potatoes if they want.
If what I'm cooking for them doesn't fit with my diet I'll cook mine separate or add something extraI need for my training, like cooking my green beans without the pork fat cooked in for example.
