i am pissed and some what depressed. everything was clicking right along in my training and i catch a bad cold. gonna miss at least a week
was gonna try and gut it out but feel like crap, not sleeping not able to breath well ,fever. so i just shut it down for a week, gonna rest as much as i can, try to eat everything in sight. so what do you guys do when sick? push thru or rest?
