I am going to just eat dirt, lol. No more sauerkraut for me and I love some smoked polish sausage and kraut. Could be the combo of both but I have to just try kraut alone I guess. Cant wait till thie menopausal crap is over but I am thinking it isn't going to be anytime soon. So now its:
ditch the diary baby1 and see if that helps. have you seen an allergy specialist and had the scrape test done to pin point exactly everything you are allergic too?

I have been to an allergist/immunologist and had tests done. the next one she wrote an order for is about $3000 so I am figuring it out on my own. I do not do much dairy at all besides organic eggs and I don't get any reactions from them. My sis has been working with a dietician for awhile now and she has had her eating food containing low histamine and foods that do not cause the body inflammation (which by the way is a lot). She has lost 30 lbs and I am considering going to see her. I am thinking I will be eating a crap load of foods, that are allowed, just to get the calories in as I do not need to be dropping weight. Her approach is about eating to combat body inflammation which causes a host of health issues and then slowly reintroducing certain foods. I will keep you updated
I guess I could stop eating eggs and just see if things get better.
i would consider eggs poultry and not diary. diary would be any milk products, cheese milk yogurt etc..... those tend to jack up people big time. you should be completely safe with 100% organic free range eggs though.
aww baby that sucks. I try to eat clean as possible but im a total food junkie. Im thankful i have no food allergies because there's not much i dont like to eat!

like right now, I don't know what it was that I ate but I have some major face pain going on. Have had that for about 2 years now so I am sort of used to it. Oh well, been through worse
I get stomach/bowl issues from certain things. Is the sensitivity something you acquire over time? Or is it just a sudden thing?? Im just curious so I can look out for it in the future.

Yes they can start anytime. I am sensitive or allergic to many things that never bothered me before.

I think dairy is next on the list guns. that sux cause I love some real ice cream and love cheese too. I know the gluten is a definite and now I will give up the dairy for awhile and slowly introduce things back and see what happens. Thanks again
