Alright guys so here is my main question. I follow Mike Rashid, Jeff Seid, Bostin Lloyd, Piana and some others on youtube and i do spend alot of time reading forums and websites and stuff and ive just come across so much info now that my head is spinning. Im the type of person that over thinks things sometimes and here is my dilemma. Ive really got my lifting and AAS use down perfect but im just not that confident in my diet yet.
I went to IIFYM.com and plugged in my info and it gave me my macros and cals for a day for what i should shoot for if im trying to gain muscle. Is that site a good place to start? I have an ifbb pro at my gym who will write me a diet but is it worth it to shell out the money for that?
Right now im 3100 cals a day roughly 220pro close to 300 carb give or take some days where ill eat 50-75 more carbs it just depends. To break it down even more i do 30-40 grams pro and 40-50 grams carbs per meal and im at six meals a day. I dont measure or count healthy fats at all, should i be?
What do you guys think? Should i have this guy write me a diet or do what ive been doing. This current cycle has been awesome so far im just getting stagnant i upped my EQ but my test is the same.
