I know this has probably been asked here but i figure since i cant find it ill ask. What do you guys think as far as eating meals vs. drinking shakes. Now im not saying drink nothing but shakes because that is the hershey squirts just begging to ruin the day, but just one vs. the other. I know Rich Pianna is huge about not drinking shakes but i see the fucker doing it in a lot of his videos so to me he is a hipocrite. Also Mark Lobliner makes a valid point that you are still getting the protien regardless if its food or shake. Your body digest it the same way. You chew your food and your body breaks it down into liquid so it can start pulling nutrients from it. So by drinking a shake you are just skipping the breakdown part a little better.
