Ok gonna do this by the book. Label says one scoop ed so that is what I'm gonna do so this will be a 4 mth supply so the results will be solid. Took first scoop today dry not mixed taste amazing(vanilla) went down easy. So I will use it ed upon waking. But Tgbsupplements is right the taste is great.

Main ingredients is myoT12 (6600 mg fecunded G gallus domesticus yolk isolate) this product has been shown to reduce myostatin in 100% of all human test subjects by46% in 12-18 hrs after first dose. Contains 80 proteins and 700 peptides and bioactive growth factors. Myostatin is a naturally occurring protein responsible for limiting muscle growth.

So by taking myo-x T12 and reducing myostatin you should build more lean mass get stronger. Who does not want that and it's under a dollar a serving.

I eat mine out of the scoop no need to mix with water label says not to mix with hot water or cook with it. It does taste great right from the scoop.

Product is made by MHP they are known for high quality products and 30 servings a bucket. Tgbsupplements carries it at a great price if y'all get interested. I am very excited about using it from what I have read I should notice a strength increas in less than a week.

that didnt come out quite as pretty as i would like to but i was trying to get the nutrition profile etc in there for everyone to see. i am surprised at the sugar and sat fat in the profile. i wonder if their is some magic from that

1-22-15 three days in. Having increase in strength just like the reports I have read on myo-x did not go up on weight but did 5 extra reps on deads and squats my cap in normally 12 did 17 reps on each and could have hit one or two more. Today Is arm day so we will see where that goes.

ok for the past 5 days i wake up and am ready to go and feel really good not normal for me at all.more energy and alot more stronger so this product is working great but we still have a long wat of testing to go muscles looking really full this morning also

1-26-15 I am getting hella strong at one scoop ed. Gone up 10-15 lbs per rep and pushing out 5-8 extra reps I'm up 1 lb so far myo-x is living up to its reputation
