Best probiotic

Hey guys comin at you guys again. Recently in the past year or so I have really been concentrating on my digestion. I added fiber supplement to drink daily which is solid. I am going to star bulking here shortly so with the ample amounts of red meets and other perks of bulking I was thinking about taking a probiotic religiously. My question is what is the best probiotic to buy or is there options to stay clear from.

I use the walmart brand they work. Very well that being said myo fushion protien had the best probiotic I have ever used. Email tgbsupplements and ask they will be straight with ya

i use the orange triad for mine whatever it has in it. i will also supplement with some kefir if i run out. either or are more than enough. lechtin is also somehting else you can add in there to help pull out all the bad stuff in digestion of your red meat

I was really hoping you commented my man! Thank you I will be getting all of the above to try and see which work best for me. What would you say I should look for that will let me know that one may fit me better over the other.

I have used probiotics for years and have tried many. One thing to look for is ones that are already refrigerated or delivered to your door via dried ice. I have a brand I use that doesn't contain crap fillers and they cost a bit more but are worth it. The brands I have found to work the best for me are Mega Foods or New Chapter. There IS a difference when it comes to probiotics. It is also good if you can get one that contains pre-biotics as well. More is not necessarily better either. Some contain more probiotics that work on the small intestine, some on the large, some on both. I still say the best way is to get from fermented foods, like Kefir, greek yogurt, sauerkraut, etc, but if you want a supplement just get one that you are not wasting your money with.

I've been using Renew Life Ultimate Flora Critical Care. It contains enough probiotics to keep the body healthy.
