    My Staples

    Orange OxiMega I take 2 caps with breakfast,lunch and dinner.

    Vitamin D3 5000iu's a day with breakfast

    Ubiquinol 200mgs a day a day with breakfast

    Gut Health probiotics

    NOW Super Enzymes


    Non Staples
    Preworkout I like to alternate between Psyched and STIMUL8.

    Protein Powders I like to have several tubs on hand.My favorites are UP 2.0, TRUTIEN AND Select.

    other than support supps, creatine, fish oil, probiotics, a little protein.

            Well I was using myofusion for my probiotic but they are gone for now and I have not replaced it yet just yogart. I use
            Vitargo post workout with slin.

                        Levothyroxine (scrip)
                        Agmatine

                        Evening:

                        Multi (VPX Medivin)
                        Sometimes extra fish oil

                        And I've been slacking on not using my Gut Health, lately


                        Others that are staples to me, but only per needed:

                        Metformin (scrip)
                        Caber (scrip)
                        Na-RALA
                        Slintensity
                        Defuse

                        (all used with meals aside from the caber)




                        And on my 5 workout days, I make sure I get in my creatine, beta alanine, betaine, aminos, etc.

                          I package a cup of oats & 2 scoops of whey in a ziploc and bring three of them to work.
