Dang three shakes at 46g that's good. Which do you like better? With water or milk?

I like it with both milk is better and more protien water is tasty just don't use too much or it will taste flat I use about 8 oz for thee scoops

I usually use milk anyways with all my protein shakes unless someone says it tastes way better with just water, plus like you said extra protein.

I use fat free milk but in did mix it in egg nog today it was wonderful.

Had to go on a business trip and did not take my Carnivor for 9 days. It does cause bloating, I lost about 3 to 5 pounds of water weight was 280 got down to 275 after being off. Mixes well, tastes ok, but good for strength and size.

I'm not holding water from it but everyone is different like iso pure makes me bloat and it is labeled not to do that

I had a terrible experience with this stuff. It gave my diahrrea wound up taking it back to the store for a refund.

Well I don't blame u if i got the runs i would dislike that product and ask for triple my money back butt paper is expensive. Lol

i have been following along here mm to see if it messed you up and it obviously hasnt. so either one of two things: 1-they have fixed it somehow or 2 you have a gut like a billy goat. i tried it when it first came out and got the blue ras. not only did it tear my guts to pieces but it was some of the nastiest stuff i have ever tasted. glad it is working well for you though

I do have a billy goat stomach not much tears up my guts so I don't think they changed it but I wil say my farts will melt paint off the walls.
