I really hope B1 you didn't take that seriously wow. I was watching a utube video where some politician who knows nothing said steroids are as bad as herion. I figured we are a little more educated on here. So yes after watching and hearing people's opinions I was being a smartass. I actually like articles that prove these supplements are beneficial when taken right.

On a side note...was just reading my NPC magazine that just came in the mail and there is a guy in Masters 80+ that just got his pro card...not to mention some of the other Masters over 50+ and 60+ who just got their pro cards...see never too old to chase your dreams!!!
