Yesterday it was hot and humid. I worked outside and sweated a lot. I kept hydrated as good as I could. I got severe legs cramps. I figured it was mineral deficiency. I took potassium, magnesium and zinc. The spasms (cramps) eased some so I repeated the above minerals.
Do you guys think it was just minerals or something else?
i dont see you mention sodium in there. you need to keep sodium with those other minerals and that will help with the cramps. another good thing that is cheap to add to your daily supp lineup is taurine. 2-3g a day spread out 1g 3x a day works wonders to keep cramps away completely

YOu saif you kept hydrtaed as much as you could? Maybe still not enough though? Tak in alots of water and all those other things as the rest said. So did you feel better after you took the minerals?
Prob cant drink enough water when its hot. Look what happened to Lebron James in the game in san antonio. His legs cramped up so bad from dehydration he had to be carried off the court.

hydration is key but overhydration can also rob you of vitamins and minerals absorption and you piss it all out

Irish is right, you can overdo things with to much water also. Remember regular water, from tap does not contain the essential electrolytes either. Go eat a banana

The cramps eased a lot but did not subside. It is nice and cool today.
You guys are the best
