Is dieting for females the same as it is for males? I have recently switched my diet and my girlfriend keeps stealing all my food ahaha. Obviously she isnt eating the whole meal Im almost literally twice her weight but she asked my tonight if I could make her a meal plan.
I am so ignorant and lost when it comes to female dieting and workouts.
Does the basic 1.5-2g protein - per pound, carb .5-1g carb - per pound rule still followed for a female or is it reduced?
Right now my diet is extremely simple mainly for cost reasons. Mixed veggies, peanut butter, eggs, oats, rice, chicken, fish, and occasionally red meat.
I'm in taking around 2,600 calories, 360-400g of protein, around 30g of sugar, right around 200g of carbs, and around 30-40g of fat.
I cycle my carbs down every 2 days until I reach 0 per day then I start back at 200. On low cal days I take in some coconut oil.
Based upon this can I just use this same diet but redo everything so suite her weight?
