    cutting or bulking mine is as follows year round
    betea-alanine 2.5 mg 4 times ed
    creatine mono 10 mg three times ed
    multivite ed
    amino-gluntamine 10 mg four times ed
    quality whey mix of isolate and concentrate 4 times ed

    extra iron vitamin daily
    whey protein

      Try and take 1g glutamine post workout but usually forget

        curious as to why ppl are using that much creatine?

        my staples:
        Whey isolate in the morning, why concentrate pre workout and at night
        Creatine mono 5g's daily either pre, intra, or post workout
        Multivitamin around lunch time
        Compete mixed w/ Bcaa's intraworkout

          Damn...well mine are as follows...

          Multivitamin pack (VPX Medivin)
          Xtreme Joint (Premium Powders)
          B-Complex
          NAC (kidney health)
          TUDCA (liver health)
          Saw Palmetto (prostate health)
          Hawthorne Berry (heart health)
          CoQ10 (heart health)
          Vitamin C
          Glutamine (5 grams post workout)
          BCAA (during training in water jug)
          Whey Protein & Protein Blend (depending on what time of day)
          Fish Oil (also included in my multi pack)
          Probiotic/Digestive Enzymes (1 after heavy protein meal)
          Naringin (helps with RBC during blasts)

          Understanding I eat a very clean diet/nutrition, lots of veggies, fruits, lean proteins, complex carb sources, and low sugar & sodium...no processed foods except for ocassional cheat meals...my nutrition is my primary source of vitamins and nutrients but still can't trust our food sources completely so that is why my supplement regimen is so extensive. This is what I use and works for me...

            I go very basic:

            Whey protein
            Pre workout
            Creatine
            Sometimes glutamine

            Probably need to get back on cycle support

                  So here's a few things I'm taking now, the Cordyceps, Black Indian Shilajit, Russian MooMiyo are the bomb for me so far. And I really like Healthy n' Fit's products been using them for years, as far as Vitol's stuff I just started trying it cause it's ol' skool stuff and I got it pretty cheap.

                          I take various things time to time but I always stay on these:

                          Multi-vit.
                          Fish oil
                          Msm/ glucosmine and chondrotin
                          Probiotics
                          Cycle support supps
                          Animal the manimal

                            My current preworkout drink consists of mutant mayhem plus tbs of Mct oil plus one scoop of waxy maize and tbs of glutamine. During workout is amino lynx plus another tbs of Mct, tbs glutamine and a scoop of waxy maize.
                            I typically take 4 beef liver tabs with each meal. I just started taking engorge to increase appetite and aid in digestion 2xday. Ananvite by Gaspari. 200mgs of caffeine for the afternoon crash.

                              I typically use no synthesize for my during workout but it came off special at vitamin shop so I gave the amino lynx a try this month. I'll probably suck it up and pay the $37 for nosynthesize from bb.com because you really can't get the same nutrient/supplement profile from any other single product.
