Okay so I worked on it a little and these are the numbers i got now. I could use a little more protein but its still above 1.5g per day by about 20g daily.

357.5g protein
20g sugar
192g carbs
1,475mg sodium
38g of fat
I had one last question about the carb cycling thing. I am going to do the 2 day thing where every 2 days I lower the carbs. My question is on the days where I
'm taking in less carbs do I replace the carbs with a food source that has no carbs or do I just drop the carbs all together?
only on your zero days and like what whitetail does. have 2 tbl spn of coconut oil or other mct oil 2x a day to start out
I cycle all my clients carbs(not all but most) Most super low carb diets are a joke. Some cats i have cycle a bit differently like sun-thurs carbs are as low as they can handle with friday and sat mod to high carbs(within reason). DO NOT BE AFRAID OF GOOD FATS!!!! When your low carbing they are your source of energy. Low fats(good fats)-low carbs and your looking for an injury in the gym imo.

I appreciate all information even i i know it, it keeps a good reminder. Do you take caffeine caps or do you intake it through coffee? I like coffee but its hard for me to have without sugar and cream so i have been staying away from it.

Yes MM every 2 hours is how I eat. Even if it's just a shake. Sometimes I have pineapple with breakfast, I read that also speeds up metabolism.
need to try to eliminate as much sugar as possible if you want to lean down as far as you can. i would say have a full squeezed lemon in a glass of water 30min before your first meal for liver and metabolism support if that';s what you are shooting for

i do one full one squeezed into about 8oz of water everyday now after i learned about how much it helps. it has minimal sugar in it also so no spike in insulin at all
