mountain i am a huge fan of the gaspari myofusion peptopro protein myself. it actually helps your guts and digestion big time and it also pretty tasty. that's what i was using before i started dieting and what my wife does now

the peptopro cinnamon bun has zero sugar in it and only a few carbs. the vanilla that my wife uses right now has a little sugar in it and is low carb as well. i dont see it being an issue using it while dieting. we mix her's in sugar free vanilla almond milk and she loves it. hell adding in a few ice cubes and she eats it like pudding or ice cream.

Sweetheart, it is not the shake, it's the new diet especially with those Hot Dogs you didn't include on your diet plan by-the-way. LOL. I take that tasty shake at least 4 times a week and no gas at all.

This is really great and it is Hydrolyzed with not a lot of ingredients in it and this is why I can handle it. Most proteins bother my stomach. I just buy the vanilla cause it mixes good with everything. You wont be sorry and if you dont like it, I will buy it off you. I cant do banana though,lol. Use code baby1 for another $5 off

I just looked this up and it's Dymatize ISO protein you guys are talkin about ? It looks like some good stuff and ill consider placing an order . i love Labrada protein these days and Muscle-tech , but ill consider this if itll help me make gains .
