Have been eating a can or 2 of these a week. Monounsaturated fats, like olive oil. My last BB competition, I ate cashews right up to the day of the show. I would rinse off the salt and my energy levels never dropped, even though I was severely cutting. I ate cashew butter the day of the show as well. I eat a lot of other nuts too, like pistachios and almonds etc. Sometimes, its a whole meal Cashews
got to add that coconut oil in there dzone. i freaking love the stuff man. i love almonds almond butter and now i am going to have to add in these cashews now it looks like
