Does anyone have info regarding this? Also results, expectations?? From the info I have gathered this seems like a program that could work for me.

brother you can find info on this all over the place. i will ask you to ask these questions to yourself? can i stay anabolic while fasting for long periods of time? can i gain or maintain the muscle mass that i need while using this approach? can i get in the necessary cals and macros in such a small window effectively? now that i pointed out some of what i think is wrong with this approach take a look at some of the programs that our elite body tune up (i believe is the company) sponsor here has. maybe you can get a good carb cycle program or a steady stable macros plan that will help you hold all your muscle or gain a little along the way

Intermittent fating IMHO should never be used, Unless for some reason your job, or some life circumstance places you in a situation where you cannot eat for a period of time.

The next thing is, your goals, what are they? I'm assuming your wanting to drop some BF% possibly put on some quality muscle? If so a well rounded plan, or even a carb cycle will suit your needs very well.

Id be happy to talk with you, and send you over the 2014 price list, and see what I can do to work with you and get you on the right path.

      Talk soon

The reason I'm interested is because it would fit in nicely with my work schedule. I also like the idea of keeping blood sugar levels low for extended periods.

My goals are to cut and maintain as much LM as possible. I wouldn't even be apposed to intermittent fasting while on a heavy tren mast test cycle to increase anabolic activity.

man, you need fuel for your muscles to grow or maintain. anabolics just increase the ability to do so and they will not prevent wasting as much as you think if their isnt enough protein running through your system. if you want to keep your blood sugar level low for an extended period of time do like i do when i prep for shows. i eliminate all sugar from my diet entirely for the entire prep until i start to load up for show day. their are tons of ways around making things work if you are pressed for time at work. i have even went as far as to food process all of my protein after it is cooked and just mix oat meal in a shaker bottle for my carbs. i can nail down a full meal in 5-10 minutes tops.

It's like guns said I have times during the week it's hard to eat on schedule so I just make a protein shake and mix in oatmeal. It's better than missing a meal all together. At least for me if I tried to fast on cycle I would waste away, it increases your metabolism.

I tried this method and it lasted about 2.5 days. When I'm on cycle I have to eat. If I don't get food when my body needs it I would turn into a crazed lunatic! My wife and I would be out doing some running and I would try and wait a little extra till we were done and I would end up turning into an asshole so bad that she would finally start asking me if I need to eat yet before I go crazy. She would be pulling out protien bars from her purse and saying, here eat this before you freak out. LOL Point being is when on gear your body NEEDS fuel or it will tell you one way or another that you need it.
