It's amazing to me when you plan your diet correctly that you can lose weight and yet still gain/maintain muscle. It's a beautiful thing!!

Alright baby.... Keto diet and high dose tren.... please don't mention Captn Crunch or brownies or hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookies.... You get the point. My wife and daughter have been baking the last couple of days. I could turn green and wreck Harlem when i smell that yummy deliciousness!!

lol, my daughter baked a cake yesterday and fuzo said " why did you bake gain?"lol/ I swear he is just lucky I guess. He is a sweet monstor and he is not strict with his diet but he grows and looks great and he is not 25 either,lol

I preach this to a few guys I train but many just don't get it even though they have seen how I have transformed my body, I keep saying you want to look like this? Eat right!
