  • AAS and Proper Nutrition

This is nothing new and we tell people all the time that they need to get their diet right before ever considering taking AAS. But I want to reiterate this to those who don't take this serious. Proper adequate nutrition is the key to growth.

I recently started a high protein diet that has my meals laid out the entire day whether I like it or not. I am consuming adequate calories and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. This is double what I was taking. I've been on a good cycle for awhile and have been getting decent results, but since I started this strict diet I have seen some amazing transformations. My muscles are fuller, harder and stronger. I really feel like the compounds I'm on are making major changes to my body.... More muscle, less fat. All because I'm consuming the fuel my body needs to grow.

Like I said in the beginning, this is elementary for most here, but for those who don't take nutrition serious, do yourself a favor and map out a good nutrition plan before you waste a single dime on AAS. If you do, you will see your hard work and money work for you once you add AAS in.

My diet is pretty solid right now and I'm taking TRT doses (150 wk) and 4 iu hgh a day (only been on a week). While I don't feel like I'm on cycle right now, my diet along with the low dose test is making me see almost cycle like results in the mirror.

Brother that is why I had to start this thread. I am blown away at how my tired cycle just got turbo charged with the right diet plan. I can't hardly brush my teeth or take a shower because I get muscle pumps. It's crazy!!

If you don't eat right or enough you are really wasting a opportunity to grow. I make it such a habit that is a regular routine, so I feel like I'm cheating myself if I skip a meal.

until I learned what diet was I never really gained ..

as I understand the stricter the better when it comes to the mirror a good rule of thumb I try to go by now is 7 to 8oz protein every 3 1/2 to 4 hours and even with out aas I will get good benefits in size and strength. write it out post it on your wall, make it by the week anything you got to do and in the end you will be happy

I remember my first cycle when my appetite shot through the roof and I didn't controlled the types of food I ate. I was eating 1 pound cheeseburgers and fries on a daily basis. I got so bloated and gained so much fat I didn't look good... Not to mention my cholesterol went through the roof. Never again! Eat a lot and eat clean!

I did the same thing the first time I started eating a lot. I ate any and everything I put on 38lbs in 4 months. I got fat and a bunch of stretch marks.

be easy with that keto stuff bro. you will lose a ton of muscle and you will be 10x more likely to cheat. i am prob one of the most disciplined people you will ever meet and i couldnt do it. i made it 30 days before and lost it and even ate stuff that i didnt even like. you will most likely wind up flat pissed off and miserable
